Dave Wilke

Dave Wilke serves as Director of Fleet & Facility Operations, bringing more than 18 years of experience in fleet operations, facility management, and business development within the transportation and leasing industries. He oversees day-to-day operations, safety, and budgeting across three branches, managing more than 4,500 trailers. Known for his hands-on leadership style, Dave drives performance through KPI alignment, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Aurora University.
