Dan Thompson

Dan Thompson is CEO and President as well as owner and co-founder of ILoca Services. Dan and his late brother Jim opened ILoca’s doors in the late 1980s, envisioning a full-service semitrailer dealership.  From humble beginnings in a small office trailer, Dan and Jim spent the early years calling prospects and gaining customers through hard work, integrity, and asking customers to consider them their “Partner For The Long Haul®”. Today, ILoca is a major partner in the transportation industry throughout the Midwest and across North America.  Dan has fostered a culture of growth and hustle at ILoca; hiring quality people and empowering his team to deliver a high-level customer experience every time. Dan is an alumnus of Elmhurst University where he earned a degree in communications.
