This is the hydraulic valve kit used to replace the two lever spool hydraulic valve on a Talbert Lowboy. The kit comes with a new two lever spool valve, new counter balance block, two hydraulic hoses, gauge & instructions. Also included is a template to cut & modify the gooseneck of older Talbert Lowboys, to accept the kit.
