This is a 4-Inch Sliding Winch. Ratcheting winches are faster and more convenient that traditional winches.  The ratcheting feature reduces tensioning time by 33%, and reduces the risk of winch bar roll.  ANCRA winches comply with DOT, WSTDA-T3 and Canadian Standard 905 regulations.

This is a great replacement for a standard Double “L” Winch.  The ratcheting feature is especially convenient when used with rolling tarp systems that typically limit the winch bar distance of travel.
