Premium Standard Vanguard Semi-trailer Features

Composite plate sidewalls feature logistic posts on 48′ centers. The interior width is a full 101″ between the scuff bands. The inside height is 110″ full-length. The white composite sides are snag-free and protected by full-length scuff bands. A galvanized steel, interior bulkhead protects the bottom front wall while ½” plywood protects the remainder. Removal and replacement of damaged panels will not affect adjacent panels.The sliding tandem is adjustable from 68″ to 170″ in six inch increments. A one-piece, galvanized understructure between the upper coupler and the landing gear provides superior support for the floor and acts as a tire protector plate.
The galvanized rear sill and threshold plate, along with extra cross-members protect the rear floor against fork truck damage.
 

Vanguard VXP Composite Plate Trailer 10 Year Limited Warranty

Vanguard National Trailer Corporation warrants all new VXP Composite Plate Trailers to the original registered, retail purchaser having made purchase from an authorized Vanguard sales agent, organization or representative and subject to the standard limitations of Vanguard’s existing trailer warranty.
Additionally, Vanguard warrants:

• the composite side panels will be free from any defects in material and workmanship for a period of ten years.
•  the material with full parts and labor coverage for the first seven years from the date of manufacture.
•  the material with a parts-only warranty from the conclusion of year seven through year ten from the date of manufacture.
