Trenton Vanguard Factory Opens in August
Vanguard National Trailer Corporation opened its new 356,000-square-foot dry van trailer manufacturing plant in Trenton on August 15, 2016. The Trenton Vanguard factory brought 400 new jobs to the area. This is Vanguard’s second dry van manufacturing plant, joining the facility in Monon as a leading producer of dry vans and reefers. The company broke ground at the site in the Dade County Industrial Park on September 3, 2015.
