ILoca Services, Inc. Return Policy –
ILoca will accept part returns in new condition and in the original packing. The shipping is non-refundable, and the customer will pay return freight charges.
Returns are to be shipped to “Attn: Online Returns” via the customer’s preferred method.
After receipt and inspection, we will refund the full value of the part. A 20% restocking fee applies to special orders.
Shipping Policy –
All orders including Next Day Air placed after 1PM central time will ship on the following business day.
