We're looking for a results-driven Semitrailer Rental and Leasing Sales Representative to grow our customer base and build lasting partnerships in the trailer industry. You'll connect businesses with the right equipment solutions while promoting our full range of services—from rentals and leasing to sales, parts, and repairs. Business Development & Customer Management
- Identify and pursue new rental and leasing opportunities through targeted outreach via phone, email, direct mail, and in-person visits
- Build and maintain a robust prospect pipeline across multiple trailer categories: dry vans, reefers, flatbeds, drop decks, lowboys, heavy haul trailers, chassis, and dump trailers
- Cultivate long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
Sales & Operations
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and quotes that address customer requirements
- Process deposits and complete all documentation in accordance with company policies
- Coordinate inventory sourcing, including submitting manufacturer purchase orders for trailers and cooling units upon deal approval
- Ensure seamless communication across departments to maintain customer satisfaction throughout the rental or lease lifecycle
Marketing & Professional Development
- Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and training programs
- Stay current on product innovations, specifications, and market trends
- Promote the full suite of company services to maximize revenue opportunities
Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, including customer data, sales activities, quotes, and contact information
- Meet or exceed established rental and lease sales targets

Technical Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms
- Willingness to learn new software systems as needed
- Valid driver's license

- Physical capability to sit, stand, bend, and stoop for extended periods
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of sales experience
- Industry-related background a plus but not mandatory
