Join our award-winning parts team as a Parts Counter Sales Representative! You'll assist customers with parts inquiries, process orders, manage inventory, and provide technical support using parts manuals and digital systems.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers at counter, by phone and email with parts sales
- Research and locate parts using manuals and digital systems
- Process vendor orders and manage special requests
- Maintain organized showroom and warehouse areas
- Support internal sales and service teams
Qualifications
- Required:
- High school diploma/GED
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Detail-oriented with willingness to learn
Preferred:
- Parts counter or automotive/trucking experience
- Customer service background
- Basic mechanical knowledge
