Under direction of the Parts Manager, the Parts Warehouse/Delivery Driver performs retail trailer parts and accessory packing, shipping, inventory maintenance and delivery to local customers.
Accurately fill orders from pick tickets and package for shipment or delivery
Fulfill and deliver orders to parts counter sales customers
Safely drive company vehicles to deliver product on time which includes loading, unloading, and delivery of parts with efficiency
Participate in cycle counts and inventory management
Keep warehouse and work area clean, safe and organized
Track and verify all customer deliveries
Provide excellent customer service to effectively resolve issues for customers and vendors
Additional responsibilities as assigned
Ability to work with hands to perform data entry, organization of inventory, use of power tools and driving of company vehicle and or forklifts
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proficient with computers, data entry and MS Office
Loading and unloading of parts requiring the ability to lift up to 50Ibs
Valid drivers’ license
Preferred Education
High school diploma or equivalent
